Hebei Lingcheng Packing Material Technology Co., Ltd., located at Xiong County, Hebei Province where is known as China geothermal hot springs town and the base of printing and packaging industry, was established in 2000 (former known as Runda Packing Co., Ltd. ). The company is a private-owned enterprise specializing in the production of plastic-composite color printing flexible packaging and environment-friendly paper packaging products. As one of famous enterprises of plastic flexible packaging industry, Lingcheng Packing Material Technology Co., Ltd. is an integrated one of design, production and sales which covers an area of 6100 square meters with the workshop and office building of 6000 square meters. In addition, Lingcheng is also famous as the standing committee chairman unit of Hebei Packaging Chamber of Commerce as well as the governing unit of China Packaging Federation.
